Milo

Kat and Lucas were gifted this session from a friend who knows how much they love their blind boy. We met at a park in Burlington and captured some beautiful fall memories.

The story of their furfam:

Kat wrote, “I grew up with a family dog who was a great playmate, but Lukas never had pets. It took a bit of time once we'd gotten married and moved into our own space to convince him to take a chance on a little fuzzball, but eventually he got on board and just in time! Milo came into our lives at the right time and we've loved every moment we've shared with the little cutie. He has been such a welcome addition to our little family and brings so much light and love to our lives (and the lives of everyone he meets because he's so dang friendly!). Even the nighttime snoring and hogging of the covers never fails to make us laugh!

Over the last few years, he lost his sight (unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about that) but he's learned to navigate his environment like a champ! His little dog friends are good sports about him bumping into them when they play, thank goodness.

We received a gift certificate for the photo session from one of our close friends. We were so excited for it because we'd always wanted to have one! It is such a wonderful way to memorialize our love for one another and our little darling.”
