FAQ

How many pics will I get?

All the best images are included, digitally. The amount depends on the goals of our shoot, environmental factors, and your animals temperament. During 30min Outdoor Sessions, the least I've given back was around 25 and the most was around 100.

How far will you travel?

Just My Dog Session: Burlington Locations Only

Outdoor Shoots: 30min from Burlington

In-Home Sessions: 1 hour from Burlington

How long does it take to get my images?

Up to 2 weeks.

Will you edit out the leash?

Yes, if the picture is just of your dog. If it’s with people then I don’t (in most cases).
I don’t edit out harnesses.

Will you photograph animals that aren't dogs or cats?

Yes! So far I've worked with a horse, guinea pigs, and bunnies. I'm happy to work with any animal: birds, snakes, rats, goats; you name it, I'm down!

My pet is shy around new people, can we still book a session?

In most cases, yes. I know how to work with shy pets and many of my clients have been pleasantly surprised by how much their pet warmed up to me. However, in some cases, like a cat that never comes out for new people, it might not be possible. I personally have a cat that hides from everyone, and I know she wouldn’t cooperate with a photographer. If your pet is shy at first, but will warm up to new people (or at least come out of hiding), then I’m confident we’ll get be able to get photos of them.

Can I book an outdoor session that's longer than 30min?

Yes. In my experience, 30min is enough time to get lots of outdoor shots, but if you'd like more time, or want to use a couple locations, I'm happy to accommodate.

If I book an End-Of-Life Session, and my pet crosses the rainbow bridge before our shoot, will you return my deposit?

Yes, absolutely. Typically the deposit is non-refundable, but it wouldn’t feel right to keep it in that case 💔
